3. Quotes and Pricing

3.1 Estimates

All quotes provided by Palmer Pressure Washing are estimates based on the information provided by the customer. Final pricing may vary based on:

• Actual condition of the property upon inspection
• Size and accessibility of the areas to be cleaned
• Additional services requested on-site
• Special circumstances or requirements not disclosed during the initial inquiry

3.2 Price Adjustments

We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the scope of work differs significantly from the original quote. Any price adjustments will be communicated and approved by the customer before work begins.

4. Scheduling and Cancellations

4.1 Scheduling

Appointments are scheduled based on availability. We will confirm your appointment via SMS, email, or phone call.

4.2 Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4.3 Weather Policy

Services may be rescheduled due to inclement weather conditions. We will notify you promptly if weather affects your scheduled appointment and will work with you to reschedule at the earliest convenience.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Payment Due

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5.2 Accepted Payment Methods

For commercial accounts or larger projects, payment terms may be arranged in advance.

7. Liability and Limitations

While we take every precaution to protect your property, Palmer Pressure Washing is not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage to surfaces, including loose paint, damaged siding, or deteriorated materials
• Damage caused by surfaces that are not suitable for pressure washing
• Items left in work areas that may be damaged during cleaning
• Damage to plants or landscaping that was not properly protected or moved prior to service

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our operations.

8. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure effective service delivery, customers agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the property and areas to be cleaned
• Ensure access to water and electricity as needed for services
• Remove or secure personal items, vehicles, and valuables from work areas
• Inform us of any known hazards, fragile surfaces, or areas of concern
• Ensure pets are secured during service

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Palmer Pressure Washing and is protected by applicable laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Palmer Experts LLC, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of our services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States of America. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.
